Watch the game before the game

There's video game football. And then there's Tecmo Super Bowl.

It's a childhood memory that'll never be taken away from me, and anyone who grew up with a Nintendo Power subscription while turning their finger purple trying to break tackles as Christian Okoye knows exactly what I'm talking about.

QB Eagles.

Bo Jackson.

Bob freakin' Nelson.

Anyway, this isn't "technically" a TV post, but tomorrow's game is pretty much going to be watched by everyone in Green Bay. So the opportunity to post these Tecmo-ized versions of the current rosters -- man, how wild is it to see Mason Crosby kicking off to the old Tecmo graphic? -- battling it out in a computer-vs-computer NFC divisional playoff simulation was too good to pass up.

Much love to Armchair GM for the walk down memory lane, and according to the site, if the Packers survive this round, the "Brian Grant" error will be fixed.

Respect the run, Seattle. This is how you really get ready for the playoffs.

No wonder the computer was so easy to beat. Donald Lee is open ALL DAY!

If it wasn't for the two fumbles, Seattle would have only had 6 points. I bow to thee Super Tecmo Bowl predictor. BTW, what's the prediction for the G-men-Cowboys game?
