There's no denying he'll reign as the King of Pop for all time and no one is questioning the impact he's made -- good or bad. But I think you have to call a spade, a spade here -- he had quite the journey from beginning to end, you cannot deny that. I recall the "Simpsons" episode discussed here and I clearly remember thinking, "Wow, is that really MJ? That's so cool." And then I remember the first time that I saw the "South Park" episode and was more like, "Yikes, that was accurately scary."
